These Terms of Use govern your browsing and general use of the Namarc Events public website and the dashboard's non‑account areas ("the Website"), operated by Namarc Technology ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.

These Terms of Use cover use of the Website itself — browsing pages, reading content, and interacting with public features. Creating an Account and sending SMS, WhatsApp, OTP, or event messages through the Service is separately governed by our Terms & Conditions, and how we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Notice. Where these documents conflict on a matter specific to the paid Service, the Terms & Conditions control.

3. Intellectual property & content

The Website's design, layout, graphics, logos, and text are owned by Namarc Technology or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Website for your own personal or internal business reference, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Website content for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

4. Permitted use of the website

You may use the Website to learn about Namarc Events' services, register for an Account, and access support resources. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of it.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and any related dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
